Shakti Prabha, The Energy Saving Company with Head office at Lucknow is a new partnership firm registered with Government of Uttar Pradesh and operational since last three years in the field of load reduction and Power Factor improvement, having accolades of at least 50 consumers across Western parts of Uttar Pradesh. Shakti Prabha is Energy Service Company (ESCO) certified by Bureau of Energy Efficiency effective August 2020.
Sh.Raj Kumar Singh BSc Engineering (Electrical) and his daughter Mrs.Priyanka Singh MBA IMT Ghaziabad wife of Sh.Dushyant Singh M.Tech (Electrical), BHU Varanasi, are partners. Sh. Raj Kumar Singh Partner has experience of above 35 years and he is retired Engineer from UP Power Corporation having good experience of Testing and Commissioning of Substations/ Power Houses during his service tenure. He has invented Energy Saving – Line Loss Controller, patent of which has been granted in Jan’2020 by Govt. of India. Huge electrical energy can be saved by implementation of patent product in Government / Private Sector.
Demonstration of Energy Saving – Line Loss Controller have already been performed at many various sites. Performance of Energy Saving – Line Loss Controller, in respect of electrical energy saving is found very satisfactory. It is required to be implemented in Govt./ Private sector on priority in national interest for saving of electrical energy and its conservation by reduction of losses.
Energy Saver- Line Loss Controller :
Line Loss controller has three embodiments (Electronic relays), Voltage Relay, Load relay and balancing power factor by automatic switching of single phase capacitors on all three phases of Electrical system. Function of these three systems is interlinked depending on the requirement of electrical circuitry. Whether one embodiment is incorporated in fabricated panel called line loss controller or more embodiment are required
Electrical parameters of the system i.e. Voltage Variation, Load Variation and Power factor balancing of three phase are checked and after study, decision is taken for selection of the embodiments to be provided to make power factor close to unity.
Main reasons of unbalance electrical parameters are given below :
Due to above reasons unbalancing of load, unbalancing of power factor and voltage variation are unavoidable.
Further it is not worthy that abnormal current vector of unbalance Load increases KWH/KVAH consumption 15-20 % depending on gravity of unbalance Load even in case of satisfactory power factor.
Stabilization of current vector of unbalance Load reduces Losses up to 15-20 % and more depending on gravity of unbalance Load
Scope of Invention :
In all electrical industrial/commercial connection and Generating station power factor in true sense is not being maintained above 0.95 in most of the cases, because power factor correction system presently being used are not designed for balance voltage, balance load and thereby balance power factor. It is not possible practically to have theoretical balance parameters in AC system. There is tremendous scope of saving in electrical losses as unbalance electrical parameter system exist everywhere.
